Hardened professional, BS Mechanical Engineer with a Business and Manufacturing formation endorsed with Ports Operative and Commercial Management, on top of Technical & Commercial Railroad Exploitation education, in inclusive endorsing to prior years in OEM / TEM Trucking Industry within design, technical and business standpoints.
Alfonso is seasoned in R & BD with demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, Integrity, Self-Initiative, Problem-Solving, Customer & Goal Oriented, Analytic mindset, Easy Speech, Active Listener, International Exposure and Overall Decision-Making. Experienced in business Mexico, US, Canada, Spain and South America.

Alfonso enthusiastically undertake top projects where overall commercial / operative understanding is key factor to develop the solution.
Alongside his professional improving career, Mr. Yee has been part of three railroad organizations; building name, solid reputation and cross experience in field / IT operation.
As part of his long experience, Alfonso implemented Traffic Control System methods applicable to Rail Yard and Main Line day-to-day scenarios and Master Transportation Plan, establishing long term reliable solutions with customer-oriented focus, most of them still applicable to nowadays AAR Transportation Systems
In terms of Weighing, Alfonso fully understands implicit risk while blocking trains having overloaded railcars in consist. Despite short / long run overloaded cars represent inconveniences in economics and concealed risk for train dynamics. For many years Alfonso faced and solved bulk commodities overloaded cars situations, as well as oversized cargo rolling on O/D itineraries alongside Mexico Rail Network.
